
Ayva O’Mahony
Resident Physiotherapist
Ayva completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2022 before graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2025.
She is passionate about the power of movement and enjoys working collaboratively with patients to help them reach their goals. Ayva’s approach combines exercise, education, and manual therapy, with a focus on giving people the tools and confidence they need to take charge of their recovery and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Ayva loves spending time outdoors and staying active through soccer and volleyball. She also enjoys cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and discovering new restaurants and cuisines.
